Privacy policy

Bravo stores the information required to operate your space: administrator account details, Slack member identities, bravo types, recognitions and related activity.

When an administrator connects Slack, Bravo stores the Slack workspace identifier and name, an encrypted OAuth access token, Slack user identifiers linked to team members, and the channel identifier for recognitions sent through Slack. Bravo does not read or archive channel message history.

This information is used only to provide and administer your Bravo space. It is not sold to third parties.

Slack connection data is kept while the integration is active. Disconnecting Slack revokes the access token and removes the workspace connection from Bravo. Recognition records remain part of the team history until the Bravo space is deleted.

Bravo uses a secure HttpOnly cookie to maintain the administrator session. Authentication and application data are currently handled through Supabase.
